What the platform does

Jordan Farms lists farms and chalets and lets you send booking requests to their owners. Owners are responsible for their place's information, prices, schedules, accepting requests and providing the stay.

A request is not a confirmation

Sending a booking request does not mean the booking is confirmed. The request stays "Pending" until the owner accepts it; the owner may decline it, and it expires automatically if it is not confirmed in time. A booking is confirmed only when the app shows "Confirmed".

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar as set by the owner at the time of the request. No payment is made in the app; payment method, any deposit and cancellation terms are agreed directly with the owner.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, contact the owner directly. Removing a booking from My Bookings only removes it from your device; it does not cancel it.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and use a phone number you own.
• Do not send fake or abusive requests or try to misuse the service.
• Write honest reviews about real visits, without abusive content. Reviews are moderated and may not be published.

Limitations

We aim for accurate information and an available service, but place information is provided by owners and may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. The stay itself is an arrangement between you and the owner, to the extent permitted by law.
